Do you have some jobs that require significant staff development?

In Scripture, Paul related that some are gifted as teachers and confirmed, "...let him teach" (Romans 12:7).

When promoting or hiring staff in positions that require major staff development, consider carefully if they possess the gift of teaching.

Instructing, mentoring, and coaching staff require special gifts and patience to be successful. Not all of us are have those abilities.

Carefully assess a manager's ability to teach, and build up staff before making promotions requiring this skill.

Place teachers where major development is needed, for business success.
